Key points for improvement

Feedback collected via the Qualintra digital tool are anonymous, except those of the manager. They are expressed in the form of a questionnaire to which all stakeholders respond. It can also be supplemented by a few open questions concerning, for example, what is appreciated by the team in its functioning and on what it is expected (contribution, areas for improvement, etc.).
