Other than employee management, we also provide high-volume data processing services, combined with our analytical service to assess all the appraisals (quantitative and answers to open-ended questions). These maps – presented in the form of a full consultancy report including analyses and recommendations – are based on a scientific methodology which removes the bias from compiling reports ‘from memory’. This gives you a decision making tool by focussing on key issues and collective managing executive skills and their associated development methods.
