The measurement of training impact is still an exploratory subject. We do not really believe in a unique, standard methodology to access training impact nor do we believe that a thorough financial ROI evaluation is a valid proposition to effectively access the impact of training on an organization.
Rather we promote a step by step approach, based on the collection and analysis of feedback from the actors of the training process as well as the perception of the people who work with the people being trained.
Training ROI assessment (Level 5) is very difficult to achieve as so many variables are at play. Therefore we focus on the “people” instead on the metrics, we privilege first hand experience to over complex models that no one in the organization can truly understand.
Our approach to training evaluation is in line with Qualintra belief that durable success requires engaged people, excellence in leadership competencies and efficient business partnership (a.k.a quality) within an organization.
