My role is to launch and manage 360° feedbacks as well as employee surveys in general.

I accompany our clients throughout their projects with Qualintra. I communicate with your HR team and your employees. I handle issues or questions that your employees might encounter and provide all necessary assistance.

My concern is to be the best bridge between Qualintra, your company and your employees throughout your project. I also ensure that our consultants get the required reporting statistics once your project reaches the end of a phase.

The Feedback Plateform

 

Qualintra has developed internally its Feedback Platform because no projects are alike and we needed the maximum flexibility to deploy complex feedback projects for our clients.

The Feedback Platform, 7 years in the work, is developed around .NET technologies, SQL databases and custom designed modules (authentifcation, security, vizualisation etc.).

It allows us to run surveys and 360° Feedback in any language, with full customisation. Our feedback projects are deployable worldwide within very short notice. All our clients praise the efficiency of the platform.
