In an environment undergoing
radical change in terms of
the forms of work, the
prevailing values, the
expectations of individuals
and the worldwide economic
and social climate, job
security is little more than
a fading memory in the
majority of sectors, leading
individuals and firms to
revise their perception of
work and career.
ProPositionTM has been
developed to facilitate what
is both an individual and a
collective process. It
allows individuals to obtain
a reliable assessment of
their level of
employability, but also to
think about how they have
managed and how they intend
to manage their careers, for
which they must increasingly
assume sole responsibility.
It also allows the firm to
see the simultaneous
development of employability
and loyalty in a different
light.
Method
ProPositionTM is a validated
tool that helps an
individual, on the basis of
a questionnaire available on
Internet (Qualintra
platform), to draw up a
reliable assessment of his
or her employability. The
individual discusses the
report, which is also
generated on Internet, with
an appropriately trained
(internal or external) coach
so as to understand its true
meaning and define the
measures required to remedy
the possible shortcomings
and really take control of
his or her career.
ProPositionTM is currently
available in French and
German versions, also for
those seeking work. An
English version is currently
being finalized.

The dimensions of
ProPositionTM
ProPositionTM measures 13
indicators in total, which
allow the employability and
the associated risks to be
assessed.
Employability risks
(3 indicators):
« To
what extent do I have to get
ready for change? »
- Level of job satisfaction
(involvement and
collaboration);
- Stability of the job and
the working environment.
Employability
(2x3 indicators)
- Skills and career
(adequacy of skills, quest
for success, career
satisfaction);
- Valorizing skills (impact;
networking; knowledge of the
market).
Dynamic employability =
Employability x Flexibility
- Flexibility (3 indicators
- openness to change;
professional mobility,
contextual mobility)
The tool also provides an
assessment of the extent to
which an individual's health
may hinder career
development and constitute a
further factor in his or her
employability.
Added value
The tool helps the
individual really take
control of his or her
career, while strengthening
the loyalty of personnel
with high potential and
identifying the hindrances
to professional fulfillment -
whether these are associated
with the professional
environment, a lack of
clarity in the objectives, a
negative experience in the
past, a difficulty to gain
recognition or envisage
other opportunities.
It can also be used in
collective processes. By
consolidating results, the
actions to be taken with
regard to certain categories
of individual can be
prioritized and the changes
undertaken in a manner that
is as targeted, relevant,
respectful and effective as
possible.
A simple,
user-friendly and effective
method
You receive your personal
invitation to fill in your
Cross-Check Employability by
e-mail or from your coach.
Whether at the office or at
home, you can complete the
questionnaire at your own
pace, confidentially.

The
report is immediately made
available to your coach, who
will discuss it with you
during a personal interview.
The results are calculated
relative to a reference
population, which
immediately allows you to
identify any particularity
that requires further
investigation and
understanding. You
concentrate on the
essential.
