Qualintra’s consulting mission is to support companies and leaders in their strategies and actions to energize their organization through their people.  

Our approach can be divided into three phases:

First we always start our projects by the acquisition of a thorough understanding of the business vision and strategy into expected people and organizational results.

During this first phase we help our clients clarify and translate their vision and strategy into people related outcomes. 

This is then used to define the tools that will enable us to collect the data on the current situation:

The architecture of a questionnaire to monitor engagement, change and business excellence surveys 
The definition of  a competency model and to decline it into 360° feedback tools
Support HR to define an HR strategy that suits business and people needs, on the way to being a real strategic partner
Revealing your differences
Secondly, we analyze the  data collected (audit results, survey results, 360° individual or collective results) to support our clients in understanding their business and people impact, in order to identify priority areas for action.
Energizing your people
Lastly, we support our clients in the definition and implementation of action plans, in getting the buy-in to vision, strategy and other innovations, in the implementation of change.

My role is to work with our clients to help them understand the link between their people and the achievement of their strategic objectives, whilst ensuring that their people feel happy, engaged and fulfilled.  

This includes working with clients to define and build tools based on our Feedback Intelligence approach and technology to reveal information about their current situation; looking at their strengths and areas for improvement.

I work with clients to help them look inside their organization to understand how they can make their people more engaged; more developed and therefore help their people have a better impact on their business.
